Over 21 days, you’ll move through a carefully structured sequence that integrates the spine, breath, subtle body, and mind, one layer at a time. Each day introduces a focused practice - ranging from 2 to 15 minutes - so the work stays accessible, sustainable, and effective. We start simply. Presence before performance. Awareness before effort. As the days progress, the practices build on one another, guiding you from grounding and stability into clarity, strength, emotional balance, and deep restoration.
