About U.S.

Uncommon Sense bridges ancient Vedic science and modern biomechanics to offer truly custom healing through yoga therapy, energy work, and conscious strength training—rooted in alignment, powered by breath, and guided by soul.

Founded by CYT/CPT Brittany Lewis, Uncommon Sense offers consultations, practices, and programs that heal and recondition the body and mind—unlocking your innate power and infinite potential.

Blending Ayurveda, Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, nervous system science, and vibrational therapy, these practices are uncommon by design—because real healing demands more than the common approach.

Our Mission

To reconnect people to their body’s innate intelligence, release distortion from the mind, and awaken the soul through a fusion of ancient yogic wisdom and modern therapeutic tools. We offer healing that goes beyond symptom relief—bridging biomechanics, energy medicine, fusing kundalini and hatha yoga, and conscious strength training to deliver real, lasting transformation.

Our work is rooted in alignment, driven by integrity, and designed to return power to the individual—so you can move, live, and lead from your own sovereign truth. The body needs to feel well to build strength and to feel strong to claim its full potential.

At Uncommon Sense, our mission is to empower individuals to embark on a journey of custom healing and personal transformation. We are dedicated to offering personalized yoga therapy, strength programs, and energy work that promotes mental wellness, emotional stability, and overall well-being. Healing, strengthening and invigorating the system takes understanding of this interplay.

We are committed to guiding individuals in their pursuit of self-discovery and inner alignment. With a focus on compassion, we provide a range of healing modalities to support each person's unique path towards wholeness and well-being.
