Nadi Shodhana means “channel cleansing.” The “nadis” are energetic pathways that carry prana (life force/energy/vibrancy) through the subtle body. This breath alternates air flow between the left and right nostrils to balance:

  • Lunar / Solar

  • Intuition / Logic

  • Parasympathetic / Sympathetic

  • Stillness / Action
