Your first week homework is to get accustomed to the lower body activations. The first video teaches you the activations and the second one gives you a practice to try them on. Do the practice 3-4 times before we meet again.

Your first week homework is to learn how to move your body while mindful of rehabilitative foot placement with this moving meditation. Do the practice 3-4 times before we meet again.

Your first week homework is to learn a-series - the first video teaches you proper form. Do that video twice before practicing it with me in the bottom video You only need to do the bottom video one time before we meet again.

Your Alternative

If anyone doesn't want to do their homework, you can substitute it with this meditation. It's longer but offers great stress relief.
