Full Moon Sound & Nidra Release
Each month on the full moon, join us for a 90-minute journey designed to help you release what no longer serves you. This practice weaves restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and the resonance of six therapeutic gongs tuned to 58.5 Hz, 73.1 Hz, 88.1 Hz, 93.1 Hz, 113.7 Hz, and 146.2 Hz.
Intention Setting
Before the event, you’ll receive a guided PDF to help you identify and clarify your intention for release. Beginners may use this as their focus throughout the practice, while advanced practitioners are welcome to work with a personal sankalpa.
