Brittany created this program to stay grounded amidst a series of big changes in her life that were paradoxical so demanded more from her to keep her center. Conscious Wellness focuses on three key parts of staying well: the breath, the body and the mind. Over the course of 21 days, you learn how to breathe in ways that release stress, detoxify its impact and regulate your entire system. You learn to move in ways that keep your spine feeling alive and free. You learn to meditate in ways that don't make you feel beyond repair as you learn to sit with charged, polarizing thought patterns and find your presence. A natural complement to her first program (conscious fitness), it builds on the first program to expand your uncommonly healing toolkit.
