A Free Challenge on How to Harness Your Highest Alignment

Brittany created this program while recovering from a major car accident in 2023 that left her spine skewed to the right and energy levels in deficit. Amidst her yoga therapy certification with India, she combined body locks and gestures from traditional yoga with interval training to learn how to wrap bones around her muscles so that they would continue to realign her spine after the movement. When it not only worked but led to significant increase in her energy levels, tone and ease of movement, even in her shoulder that had been a bother for over a decade, she knew she had to create, test and eventually launch the program to anyone that it could help with their health and fitness.
